【摘要】 本文主要对宁夏南梁农场、惠农区和固原市的3个产地的枸杞干果的3种营养成分的差异性进行研究，分别测定3种营养成分含量，并对3地枸杞的营养活性成分多糖、黄酮和甜菜碱进行方差分析和LSD显著性分析。结果显示，南梁农场枸杞的多糖含量与惠农区和固原市2地具有显著性差异，3地枸杞的黄酮含量差异性不显著，3地枸杞甜菜碱含量两两之间均有显著差异。南梁农场枸杞的多糖、甜菜碱含量均高于其他2个地方，惠农区枸杞次之，固原市枸杞最少。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly studies the differences of three nutrient components of dried Lycium barbarum fruit from three producing areas in Ningxia Nanliang Farm,Huinong District and Guyuan City.The contents of 3 kinds of nutrients were determined respectively,and the analysis of variance and LSD significance analysis were carried out on the nutrient active components polysaccharides,flavonoids and betaine of Lycium barbarum.The results showed that the polysaccharide content of Lycium barbarum in Nanliang Farm was significantly different from that in Huinong District and Guyuan City.The flavonoid content of Lycium barbarum in Site 3 was not significantly different,and the betaine content of Lycium barbarum in Site 3 was significantly different.The polysaccharide and betaine contents of wolfberry in Nanliang Farm were higher than those in the other two places,followed by wolfberry in Huinong District,and the least amount of wolfberry in Guyuan City.更多还原
