探析食品理化检验中微波消解处理方法及应用价值体现

【摘要】 在人们物质生活、精神生活稳步提升的环境下,消费者对食品安全方面的关注程度逐渐提升。为确保食品安全性、健康性,可采用理化检验对食品中的物质含量进行检验和监督。微波消解法能够对食品中的有机物和无机物进行检验,且检验实施的过程中能够通过调节时间、控制温度,获得良好的检验效果。该种检验技术的操作十分便捷、安全,且准确度较高,与传统检验方式相比优势十分明显。

【Abstract】 The steady rise of people’s material life and spiritual life environment,consumer concerns about food safety level gradually improve.In order to ensure the safety and health of food,physical and chemical testing can be used to inspect and supervise the content of substances in food.The microwave digestion method can inspect organic and inorganic substances in food,and in the process of inspection implementation,it is possible to adjust the time and control the temperature to obtain good inspection results.The operation of this inspection technology is very convenient,safe,and high accuracy,compared with the traditional inspection method has obvious advantages.
