南非叶中总黄酮提取工艺的优化

【摘要】 研究从南非叶中提取总黄酮的最佳工艺。以单因素实验、正交实验总黄酮提取率的高低为指标,比较多因素对总黄酮提取率的影响。表明用12倍量75%乙醇溶剂超声提取60 min,提取二次,提取效果最佳。因此优选的实验工艺具有提取效率高、省时、省溶剂等的优点。

【Abstract】 To study the optimal technology for extraction of total flavonoids from vernonia amygdalina delile, the extraction rate of total flavonoids in the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were taken as index, the effects of multiple factors on the extraction rate of total flavonoids were compared. 12 times amount of 75% ethanol was used to extract total flavonoids for 60 minutes by ultrasonic extraction method, and total flavonoids were extracted two times. The optimal experimental process had the advantages of high extraction efficiency, time-saving, solvent-saving and so on.
