【摘要】 对有史料记载以来我国君子兰组织培养方面的文献进行梳理,从外植体的选择、培养基的选择、其内植物生长调节剂的配比及其它营养成份对组织培养的影响、君子兰组织培养中低温处理、暗培养、光照强度等其它因素对组织培养的影响几个方面进行陈述,最后指出君子兰组织培养中存在及应该着重解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The literature on tissue culture of clivia which were recorded in China were analyzed in this paper. The effects of explant selection, medium selection, ratio of plant growth regulators and other nutrient components on tissue culture, low temperature treatment, dark culture, light intensity and other factors on tissue culture of clivia were discussed, finally, the problems in the tissue culture of clivia were pointed out.更多还原
