三种不同来源金线莲的主要活性成分比较分析
The Analysis of the Main Active Compounds of Anoectochilus roxburghii from Three Different Sources
【摘要】 通过比较野生、组织培养和林下种植三种不同来源金线莲的主要活性成分,探讨人工栽培金线莲替代野生金线莲的可行性。结果显示:野生、组培和种植三种不同来源的福建金线莲的总黄酮含量分别为0.30,0.28和0.30 g/100g,三者差异不显著;野生来源的金线莲中16种主要氨基酸的总氨基酸(1.60 g/100g)及各组分含量均高于组培金线莲(0.58 g/100g)和种植金线莲(1.13 g/100g);多糖含量在种植和组培来源的金线莲含量分别为1.70和1.00 g/100g,高于野生来源的金线莲(0.60 g/100g)。林下种植来源的金线莲主要活性成分与野生来源的金线莲相近,有望填补野生金线莲的市场需求。
【Abstract】 The feasibility of replacing wild Anoectochilus roxburghii with artificial cultivated ones is investigated by comparing the main active compounds of Anoectochilus roxburghii from tissue culture, under-forest planting and wild. The results showed that the contents of the total flavonoids were detectable from wild, under-forest planting and tissue culture, although their contents tissue culture(0.28 g/100 g) were significantly lower in under-forest planting and wild(0.30 g/100 g). The total amino acid content of wild was the highest(1.60 g/100 g), followed by that of under-forest planting(1.13 g/100 g), and that of tissue culture was the lowest(0.58 g/100 g). In the polysaccharide, the content of tissue culture, under-forest planting and wild was 1.00 g/100 g, 1.70 g/100 g and, 0.60 g/100 g, respectively. The contents of main active ingredients between under-forest planting and wild were similar, which is expected to fill the market demand of wild Anoectochilus roxburghiii.
