聚1,2-丙二醇新戊二醇己二酸酯增塑性能的研究

【摘要】 将合成的聚1,2-丙二醇新戊二醇己二酸酯(简称PG-AA-NPG)聚酯增塑剂增塑PVC的试片制成复合材料,并进行耐迁移、DSC、力学性能、热稳定性能测试,分析PG-AA-NPG的综合性能,并且与加入DOP和市售聚酯增塑剂A的PVC试片进行对比。结果表明PG-AA-NPG的耐溶剂迁移性优于DOP;PVC/PG-AA-NPG玻璃化温度十分接近PVC/DOP;PG-AA-NPG的拉伸强度高于DOP;PG-AA-NPG提高PVC热稳定性的能力优于DOP类增塑剂。因此PG-AA-NPG可以为制备综合性能好的PVC材料打下良好基础。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the synthetic poly1, 2-propanediol neopentyl adiponectic ester(PG-AA-NPG) polyester plasticizer plasticized PVC test pieces were made into composite materials, and the migration resistance, DSC, mechanical properties, thermal stability tests were carried out to analyze the comprehensive properties of PG-AA-NPG, and compared with the PVC test pieces with DOP and the commercially available polyester plasticizer A. The results show that the solvent migration resistance of PG-AA-NPG is better than that of DOP. The glass transition temperature of PVC/PG-AA-NPG is very close to that of PVC/DOP. The tensile strength of PG-AA-NPG is higher than that of DOP. The ability of PG-AA-NPG to improve the thermal stability of PVC is better than that of DOP plasticizers. Therefore, PG-AA-NPG can lay a good foundation for the preparation of PVC materials with good comprehensive properties.
