【摘要】 目的:探讨IDO1蛋白在肺腺癌(lung adenocarcinoma, LUAD)组织中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测120例LUAD患者的肿瘤组织区域的IDO1表达情况,分析其表达模式与临床主要的病理参数之间的相互关系。结果:在肺腺癌组织中,IDO1蛋白的阳性表达率为40%(48/120),显著高于癌旁肺组织,其在LUAD中的高表达与性别、淋巴结转移显著相关(分别为P=0.006、P=0.011)。结论:在LUAD中,IDO1在不同组织学类型的肺腺癌中表达情况不同,并与肺腺癌的发生和恶性进展紧密相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase(IDO1) protein and evaluate its clinicopathologic significance in the human lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD) patients. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IDO1 protein in the tumor area of 120 cases of LUAD patients,and analyze its correlation with clinical and main pathological parameters.Results:In the LUAD tissues,the positive expression rate of IDO1 protein was 40.0%(48/120),which was significantly higher than that of para-cancerous lung tissues.High expression of IDO1 in LUAD was significantly correlated with gender and lymph node metastasis(P=0.006,P=0.011,respectively).Conclusion:Expression IDO1 of protein is different in different histological subtypes of LUAD,and is closely correlated to the occurrence and malignant progression of lung adenocarcinoma.更多还原
