【摘要】 目的:探讨益肾通脉方治疗对急性脑梗死患者临床疗效及血清NSE含量、Barthel评分的影响。方法:选取2019年10月～2020年10月于某院的急性脑梗死患者180例,随机分为对照组和研究组各90例,对照组应用西药依达拉奉治疗,研究组在此基础上应用益肾通脉方。结果:研究组治疗后Barthel评分和MESS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组NSE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死患者应用益肾通脉方治疗效果较好,可以改善患者的血清相关指标,降低神经功能缺损情况,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of Yishentongmai prescription on the clinical efficacy,serum NSE content and Barthel score in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:180 patients with acute cerebral infarction in a hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(control group and study group),with 90 patients in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine edaravone,and the study group was treated with Yishentongmai prescription based on the control group.Results:The Barthel and MESS scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The NSE level of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Yishentongmai prescription is better in patients with acute cerebral infarction,which can improve the serum related indexes,reduce the neurological defect and improve the curative effect.更多还原
