【摘要】 目的:探讨扶阳方治疗对脑梗死患者神经功能、中医证候及颈动脉内膜中层厚度的影响。方法:选取2018年9月～2020年9月于某院的脑梗死患者102例,随机分为对照组和研究组各51例。对照组应用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组用药基础上加用扶阳方治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗前、后的中医证候评分情况、NIHSS评分、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、斑块面积。结果:研究组治疗后NIHSS评分、中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后斑块面积和颈动脉内膜中层厚度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者应用扶阳方治疗效果较佳,可以改善患者内膜中层厚度、斑块面积、中医证候情况和神经缺损情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Fuyang prescription on nerve function, TCM syndromes and carotid intima media thickness in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods: From September 2018 to September 2020,102 patients with cerebral infarction in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups(control group and study group),with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the study group was treated with Fuyang prescription on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score,carotid intima-media thickness and plaque area were observed and compared.Results:The NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The patch area and carotid intima-media thickness in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuyang prescription has a better therapeutic effect in patients with cerebral infarction,and can improve the intima media thickness,plaque area,TCM syndromes and nerve defects.更多还原
