【摘要】 目的:探讨神经内科癫痫并发偏头痛患者79例临床特点。方法:选取2018年4月～2019年12月某院收治的癫痫患者79例作为对照组,同时选取同期收治的癫痫并发偏头痛患者79例作为研究组,对比两组患者的临床特点。结果:两组患者的发病类型无明显差异(P>0.05),但研究组女性发病率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组癫痫发作频率高于对照组(P<0.05),平均癫痫病程长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:偏头痛能够增加癫痫的发作次数,增加癫痫的治疗难度及病程,且女性病发的概率高于男性。因此在临床治疗中,应当对患者进行全面的了解,分析出可能并发的患者,并对此实施有效的防止措施,以此来降低偏头痛的并发,提高患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of 79 patients with epilepsy complicated with migraine in neurology department.Methods: 79 epileptic patients admitted to a hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the control group, and 79 epileptic patients with migraine during the same period were selected as the study group, and the clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared.Results: There was no significant difference in the type of disease between the two groups(P>0.05), but the incidence of female in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The epileptic seizure frequency of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the mean course of epilepsy was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Migraine can increase the number of seizures, the difficulty of epilepsy treatment and the course of disease, and the incidence of disease in women is higher than in men.Therefore, in the clinical treatment, patients should be comprehensively understood, patients with possible complications should be analyzed, and effective preventive measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of migraine and improve the prognosis of patients.更多还原
