【摘要】 目的:探讨在心肌桥诊断中应用冠状动脉CTA与DSA检查的临床价值。方法:对88例心肌桥患者实施冠状动脉CTA与DSA检查,对照病理检查结果,分析检查结果。结果:88例患者均经病理检查证实。冠状动脉CTA检查诊断符合率明显高于DSA检查(P<0.05);从心肌桥类型诊断情况来看,冠状动脉CTA检查对降段支中段心肌桥、前降支远段心肌桥的诊断符合率高于DSA(P<0.05);在冠状动脉CTA检查中,患者冠状动脉直径均值为(2.66±0.21)mm,心肌桥埋深深度均值为(2.18±0.05)mm。结论:在心肌桥诊断中,相比于DSA检查,冠状动脉CTA的诊断符合率更高,同时可以将壁血管形态特点直接显示出来,清晰反映出心肌桥范围以及深度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical value of coronary CTA and DSA in the diagnosis of myocardial bridge. Methods:Coronary CTA and DSA were performed in 88 patients with myocardial bridge,and compared with the results of pathological examination,the examination results were analyzed. Results: 88 patients were confirmed by pathology. The diagnostic coincidence rate of coronary CTA was significantly higher than that of DSA(P<0.05). From the diagnosis of myocardial bridge type, the diagnostic coincidence rate of coronary CTA for middle segment myocardial bridge and distal anterior descending artery myocardial bridge was higher than that of DSA(P<0.05). In coronary CTA examination, the mean diameter of coronary artery and the mean depth of myocardial bridge were(2.66±0.21) mm and(2.18±0.05) mm.Conclusion: In the diagnosis of myocardial bridge, compared with DSA, the diagnostic coincidence rate of CTA of coronary artery is higher. At the same time, it can directly show the morphological characteristics of wall vessels, and clearly reflect the scope and depth of myocardial bridge.更多还原
