四川省猴子岩水电站“双三位一体”数字化管理探究

【摘要】 为提高四川省猴子岩水电站工程建设管理水平,将"双三位一体"数字化管理理念和管理系统应用于猴子岩水电站,通过探究管理体系、模式、措施之间的协调、回馈作用,建立了"小三位一体"数字化安全、质量和进度管理理念和模式。同时结合安全管理、质量管理和进度管理"大三位一体"关系,建立了"双三位一体"的数字化工程建设管理。结果表明:数字化管理下的猴子岩水电站连续安全生产无事故记录突破3 323 d,大坝填筑质量优良,各关键项目均按计划完成。"双三位一体"数字化管理有效地保障了工程安全和质量,加快了施工进度。研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the construction management level of Houziyan Hydropower station in Sichuan Province,the "double trinity" digital management concept and management system were applied to the Houziyan Hydropower Station. We explored the coordination and feedback roles among the management system, model and measures, and established the "small trinity"(digital safety, quality and schedule)management concept and mode. Also, combining with the "big trinity"(safety management, quality management and schedule management),a "double trinity" digital project construction management system was established.The results showed that the construction of Houziyan Hydropower Station has exceeded 3 323 days without accidents under the digital management. The filling quality of Houziyan dam was excellent and all key projects were completed as planned. The "double trinity" digital management could meet the requirements of project safety, quality and schedule and speed the construction progress.
