【Abstract】 After the outbreak of the National Anti-Japanese War, Xi Zhongxun, serving as secretary of the Guanzhong Sub-Committee, conscientiously publicized, and implemented the Party’s Anti-Japanese national united front policies, building a democratic regime based on the principle of three-three system;developing production and supporting the policy of rent and interest reduction Anti-Japanese War; make friends in base areas and friendly areas, and propagate the Party’s Anti-Japanese national united front theory and policies through various means, so that it can penetrate into the hearts of the people in the border areas. Launching anti-friction struggles with the Kuomintang die-hards expanded base areas.
