南水北调北京段停水检修施工组织及工期优化

【摘要】 针对目前南水北调北京段停水检修工程,根据总体要求进行分期施工组织,并随各阶段施工进展不断调整优化。为克服停水检查后工程量增加较多和新冠肺炎疫情的不利影响,从节点工期、施工工艺、资源投入等方面入手,紧扣PCCP内外加固方式关键路线节点控制性进度,统筹协调,采取多项技术措施,提高施工标准化水平和机械化程度,实现南水北调北京段停水检修工程提前一个月完工并达到预期目标,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。该施工组织经验可为停水检修相关施工技术标准和方法的总结提供有益参考。

【Abstract】 The construction organization is carried out by stages according to the overall requirements aiming at the water cut-off maintenance project in Beijing section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. The adjustment and optimization are carried out constantly with the construction progress of each stage. We keep up with the control progress of the key route nodes of PCCP internal and external reinforcement methods, coordinate and take a number of technical measures to improve the level of construction standardization and mechanization from the aspects of node construction period, construction technology, resource investment, etc. in order to overcome the adverse impact of more work quantity increase after water cut-off inspection and the novel coronavirus pneumonia. The water cut-off maintenance project in Beijing section of South-to-North Water Diversion Project is completed one month ahead of schedule. The expected goal is achieved. Better social and economic benefits have been achieved. The construction organization experience can provide useful reference for the formation of relevant construction technical standards and method summary for water cut-off maintenance.
