U形钢围堰及水下环氧混凝土快速修复闸门门槽的创新应用

【摘要】 为保证闸门安全控制运行并尽可能延长工程使用期限,针对水闸闸门门槽因为长期频繁运用而出现的破损变形问题进行分析,采用U形双钢围堰的施工方式来快速完成水工建筑物水下部位的检修,详细介绍了门槽水下部位的主要维修流程与工序、施工设施的主要性能指标,并对改善水闸闸门门槽的设计制造、运行模式提出了建议。经实践检验,该施工方法可缩短施工工期,经济和社会效果显著,可供类似工程借鉴。

【Abstract】 The sluice gate grooves are damaged and deformed due to long-term frequent operation,and the problem is analyzed in order to ensure the safe and controlled operation of the gate and prolong the service life of the project as far as possible. The construction mode of U-shaped double-steel cofferdam is adopted to complete the repair of the underwater part of the hydraulic structures. Main repair flow and procedures of the groove underwater part,and main performance indicators of the construction facilities are introduced in details. Suggestions are proposed for design manufacturing and operation mode in order to improve the sluice gate grooves finally. The construction method can be applied for shortening the construction period with significant economic and social effect according to practice and test,and it can be used as reference in similar projects.
