放空设施在黔中平寨水库混凝土面板坝工程中的运用

【摘要】 为保障工程后期的安全稳定,黔中水利枢纽一期工程平寨水库施工期间根据现行规范的要求,结合工程的实际建设情况,新增了低部位放空设施。经多方案综合比选论证,采用了新建隧洞并与已建导流洞"龙抬头"合二为一的结合方案,顺利完成了工程施工后期低部位放空设施的建设任务,满足了水库放空检修的基本要求;施工期间采取了控制爆破和补强灌浆的方式,避免了对已建建筑物的破坏,有效克服了开挖爆破震动导致的不利影响。

【Abstract】 Low-position emptying facility is added during the construction of Pingzhai Reservoir of the first phase of Central Guizhou Hydraulic Project according to the requirements of the current specifications and the actual construction of the project in order to ensure the safety and stability at the later stage of the project. The scheme of the newly built tunnel combined with the existing diversion tunnel "Longtaitou " is adopted through the comprehensive comparison and demonstration of many schemes. The construction task of low-position drainage facilities is successfully completed in the later stage of project construction. The basic requirements of reservoir drainage maintenance are met. Controlled blasting and reinforced grouting are adopted to avoid the damage to the existing buildings and effectively overcome the adverse effects caused by excavation blasting vibration during the construction.
