【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展,洪泽湖地区面临着经济增长和环境污染的双重压力,根据习近平总书记提出的"绿水青山就是金山银山"理念,湖区渔民转产上岸成为地区实现可持续发展的必然选择。从经济、资源和环境3个维度建立TOPSIS模型,分析了湖区6个县(区)的经济承载力、资源承载力、环境承载力及综合承载力,为洪泽湖地区渔民转产上岸的安置提供决策支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of social economy,Hongze Lake area is facing the dual pressures of economic growth and environmental pollution. According to the idea of "Clear water and green mountains are equal to mountains of gold and silver"proposed by Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the fishermen’s production transfer to land in lake areas is the necessary choice for the regional sustainable development. The TOPSIS model is established from the three dimensions of economy,resources and environment to analyze the bearing capacities of economy,resources,environment as well as the comprehensive bearing capacity in six counties( districts) in Hongze Lake area so as to provide decision-making support for fishermen ’s production transfer to land.更多还原
