山药多糖对断奶仔猪免疫性能和肠道形态结构的影响研究

【摘要】 为研究山药多糖对断奶仔猪免疫性能和肠道形态结构的影响,试验采用28日龄三元杂交(杜×长×大)断奶仔猪90头,随机分为5组,分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.01%、0.05%、0.10%、0.20%的山药多糖,每组3个重复,每个重复6头,预试期7 d,正试期40 d,测定仔猪血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、IgA、IgG和IgM水平,十二指肠、空肠与回肠绒毛高度,隐窝深度以及肠道消化酶活性。试验结果显示:与对照组相比,0.10%山药多糖组血清IL-2、IL-6、IFN-γ、IgA、IgG、IgM浓度,小肠绒毛高度,绒毛高度/隐窝深度,小肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶和蛋白酶活性均显著升高(P <0.05),而小肠隐窝深度则显著下降(P <0.05)。结果表明,仔猪日粮中添加适当剂量的山药多糖(0.10%)具有提高机体免疫力、改善肠道形态结构与增强消化酶活性的作用。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of yam polysaccharide on immune performance and intestinal morphology of weaned piglets,so as to provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of yam polysaccharide. Ninety 28 day old three way crossbred(Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire)weaned piglets were randomly divided into 5 groups. The basal diet was supplemented with 0,0.01%,0.05%,0.10% and 0.20% yam polysaccharide respectively,with 3 replicates in each group and 6 piglets in each replicate. The pre-trial period was 7 days and the trial period was 40 days. The serum levels of interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),interferon gamma(IFN-γ),IgA,IgG and IgM,villus height,crypt depth and intestinal digestive enzyme activity of duodenum,jejunum and ileum were measured. The results showed that compared with the control group,the concentrations of serum IL-2,IL-6,IFN-γ,IgA,IgG,IgM,villus height,villus height/crypt depth,activities of amylase,lipase and protease in the small intestine of 0.10% yam polysaccharide group were significantly increased(P < 0.05),while the depth of small intestinal crypt was significantly decreased(P < 0.05). The results indicated that dietary yam polysaccharide(0.10%) could improve the immunity,intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activity of piglets.
