口模拉伸增强增韧聚甲醛/热塑性聚氨酯复合材料的研究

【摘要】 采用口模拉伸技术制备了高取向的聚甲醛/热塑性聚氨酯(POM/TPU)复合材料,通过调节TPU的含量以及引入拉伸应力场,研究了口模拉伸前后材料的微观结构和力学性能。结果表明,口模拉伸可以有效促进TPU在POM基体中的分散;而且,经口模拉伸后高取向度的POM/TPU复合材料表现出更优异的力学性能。与纯POM相比,在拉伸比为4、TPU质量分数为10%的情况下制备的POM/TPU复合材料,其拉伸强度、弹性模量、断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度分别提高至250.6 MPa、2 311.8 MPa、45.2%和10.0 kJ/m~2,显著改善了POM材料的服役性能。

【Abstract】 Highly oriented polyoxymethylene/thermoplastic polyurethane(POM/TPU)composites were prepared through a die-drawing process, their microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated by adjusting TPU loading contentsand introducing tensile stress field.The results show that the dispersion of TPU in POM matrix could be improved by die-drawing progress.Moreover, highly oriented POM/TPU composites could possesshigher mechanical properties.Comparing with pure POM,the tensile strength, modulus, elongation at breakand notched impact strength of POM/TPU(90/10)with drawing ratio of 4 are 250.6 MPa、2 311.8 MPa、45.2% and 10.0 kJ/m~2,respectively, significantly improve theservice performance of POM materials.
