基于制件形状特征的熔融沉积工艺参数优化研究
Optimization of Fused Deposition Modeling Process Parameters Based on Different Part Shape Features
【摘要】 相同工艺参数下熔融沉积具有不同形状特征制件时,尺寸精度存在差异性,影响了成型质量。对此,本文以圆形、方形的孔和柱等形状特征组合的聚乳酸(PLA)试样为例,采用田口正交实验法和极差分析法,研究最优尺寸精度下,不同形状特征结构对层厚、打印速度和壁厚等工艺参数的影响规律,并提出工艺参数优化组合方案。
【Abstract】 When the melt deposition parts had different shape features under the same process parameters,the dimensional accuracy was different,which could affect the building quality.Therefore,taking poly lactic acid(PLA) samples with round,square features of holes and columns as examples,the influence law of different shape feature structures on layer thickness,printing speed and wall thickness was studied by using Taguchi orthogonal experiment and range analysis.Finally,the optimized combination schemes of process param eters were proposed.
