【摘要】 鲜食宠物饲料近年发展迅速,但尚无质量标准,充分调研市场有利于鲜食宠物饲料标准的制定及完善。本研究参照2018年农业农村部20号公告和GB/T 31217—2014要求,抽样检测主流电商售卖的36款鲜食猫粮,对其29项营养及卫生指标进行检测分析。结果表明:我国鲜食猫粮卫生指标总体良好,蛋白质等主要营养指标能够达到GB/T 31217—2014要求,但有88.89%的样品不符合商业无菌,有72.22%的样品牛磺酸含量低于0.20%。鲜食猫粮有其自身特色,简单套用现有评价体系标准对鲜食猫粮进行评价并不完全合理,仍需进一步评估以确立其适合的营养及卫生指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fresh pet feed has developed rapidly in recent years, but quality standards have not yet been formulated for it. plentiful researches of the market is conducive to the formulation and improvement of fresh pet feed. In this study, referring to the Announcement No.20 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2018 and the requirements of GB/T 31217—2014, 36 types of fresh cat food sold on mainstream e-commerce were sampled and tested, and 29 items of nutritional and hygienic indexes were analyzed. The results showed that the sanitary indicators of fresh cat food in China were generally good, and the main nutritional indicators, such as protein could meet the requirements of GB/T 31217—2014, but 88.89% of the samples did not meet the commercial sterility, and the taurine content of 72.22% of the samples was less than 0.2%. Fresh cat feed has its own characteristics. This study showed that it was not entirely reasonable to simply apply the existing evaluation system standards to evaluate fresh cat food. It is still need to further research and actively explore the nutritional and hygienic indicators suitable for fresh cat food.更多还原
