【摘要】 在高职动物医学专业教育中,顶岗实习是提高学生技能,完成人才培养方案的最重要环节之一。顶岗实习的质量与高职教育培养的人才能否符合用人单位的需求直接相关,跟高职教育的可持续发展直接相关。文章通过对高职动物医学专业学生顶岗实习现状进行分析,发现在顶岗实习的实施过程中仍存在着一系列的问题,严重影响了顶岗实习的成效,提出一些有建设性的解决办法,探讨改进措施,尤其创新性的提出"校、企、师、家"四位一体的顶岗实习信息平台,期待对高职动物医学专业顶岗实习提供借鉴,进而促进实践教学的良性发展,给企业培养"零距离"的优秀人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 In higher vocational animal medicine education, internship is one of the most important links inimproving students’ skills and completing the talent training program. The quality of on-the-job internships isdirectly related to whether the talents trained by higher vocational schools can meet the needs of employers, and aredirectly related to the sustainable development of higher vocational education. The article analyzes the status quo of post-internship for students majoring in animal medicine in higher vocational colleges, and finds that there are stilla series of problems in the implementation process of post-internship, which seriously affects the effectiveness ofinternship, and proposes some constructive solutions. To explore improvement measures, especially to innovativelypropose a four-in-one internship information platform of"school, enterprise, teacher, and home", and look forwardto providing reference for the reform of internship teaching in higher vocational animal medicine to promote thesound development of practical teaching.
