【摘要】 目的探讨自拟肿痛消方联合中医熏蒸对膝关节周围骨折术后患者膝关节功能的影响,以期为临床治疗膝关节周围骨折术后患者提供借鉴。方法以自2018年8月—2020年2月收治的84例膝关节周围骨折术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。研究组给予自拟肿痛消方联合中医熏蒸及康复训练,对照组给予康复训练。统计治疗后两组中医证候积分及临床疗效,观察两组治疗前、治疗7 d后及治疗14 d后膝关节功能、疼痛程度及炎性指标,记录两组不良反应。结果治疗后,两组中医证候积分、疼痛程度、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与本组治疗前比较均下降,膝关节功能升高;研究组治疗后中医证候积分、临床疗效、膝关节功能、疼痛程度、CRP、IL-6均优于对照组(P <0.05)。在治疗过程中,两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论自拟肿痛消方联合中医熏蒸可有效治疗膝关节周围骨折术后患者,且可提高膝关节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study aims to explore the efficacy of self-made Zhongtongxiao Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on knee joint function in patients with peripheral knee joint fractures,so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment of patients with peripheral knee joint fractures. Methods A total of 84 postoperative patients with knee joint fractures who were admitted from August 2018 to February 2020 were taken as the research objects. They were divided into a study group and a control group according to a random number table,with 42 cases in each group. The study group was given Jizhongtongxiao prescription combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and rehabilitation training,and the control group was given rehabilitation training. After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were counted. The knee joint function,pain degree and inflammatory indexes of the two groups were observed before treatment,7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results After treatment,the two groups of TCM syndrome scores,pain degree,C-reactive protein( CRP),interleukin-6( IL-6) were all decreased,knee joint function increased,the study group TCM syndrome scores,The clinical efficacy,knee joint function,pain degree,CRP and IL-6 were better than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). During the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients. Conclusion Zhongtongxiao Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can effectively treat postoperative patients with knee joint fractures,and can improve knee joint function.更多还原
