【摘要】 科研资助作为研究生教育的重要组成部分,能够提升研究生的科研热情与积极性,加速科技成果的高效转化。近年来,高校研究与试验发展因经费投入较低、各地区经费分布不均衡以及资助项目陷入"共识遴选误区"等现实困境引发困局。通过对研究生科研资助研究的现状分析和理论探讨,构建符合我国研究生科研发展态势的激励机制,即以内部激励、外部保障因素为重要抓手,激发研究生科研动力,构建多元育人渠道,为创新优化我国科研资助体系提供理论支撑与实践导向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research funding is an important part of postgraduate education.It can enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of postgraduates for scientific research, and accelerate the efficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In recent years,the predicament of the development of college research and experiments has been caused by the realistic foundation such as the lower investment in funds,unbalanced distribution of funds in different areas,and grant programs into the misunderstanding of consensus selection.Through the analysis and theoretical discussion of the status quo of research funding for postgraduate students,an incentive mechanism that meets the development trend of our country’s postgraduate student research has been constructed,that is,taking inner incentive and outer guarantee as the key points,stimulating the research motive of postgraduate students,constructing pluralistic channels for cultivating talents,so as to provide theoretical support and practice orientation for innovating and optimizing the research funding system of our country.更多还原
