【摘要】 目的探析不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年高脂血症合并高血压的临床应用效果。方法于2018年12月—2020年7月选择该院接收的老年高脂血症合并高血压患者300例,应用统计学单盲分组方式将研究对象划分两组,两组患者均采用辛伐他汀治疗,其中对照组应用小剂量用药方法,研究组应用大剂量用药方法,观察并比对两组患者的临床治疗效果,不良反应发生率以及血脂与血压指标的变化。结果治疗后,研究组患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、收缩压、舒张压、临床治疗总有效率分别为(5.39±0.36)mmol/L、(1.51±0.29)mmol/L、(78.53±8.28)mmHg、(117.98±10.47)mmHg、97.3%,其数据显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.145、12.761、7.892、10.743,χ~2=13.644,P<0.05)。结论老年高脂血症合并高血压患者应用大剂量辛伐他汀治疗可有效改善患者血脂与血压水平,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application effect of different doses of simvastatin in the treatment of elderly hyperlipidemia with hypertension. Methods From December 2018 to July 2020, 300 the elderly patients with hyperlipidemia and hypertension were selected from the hospital. The study subjects were divided into two groups using statistical single-blind grouping. The patients in both groups were treated with simvastatin. The control group was treated with low-dose medication and the study group was treated with high-dose medication. The clinical treatment effects, incidence of adverse reactions, and changes in blood lipids and blood pres-sure indicators were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment the total cholesterol, triglycerides, sys tolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group were(5.39 ±0.36)mmol/L,(1.51±0.29) mmol/L,(78.53±8.28) mmHg,(117.98±10.47)mmHg, 97.3%, the data was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.145, 12.761, 7.892, 10.743,χ~2=13.644, P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of high-dose simvastatin in elderly patients with hyperlipidemia and hypertension can effectively improve the levels of blood lipids and blood pressure in patients, and it is worthy of promotion.更多还原
