基于混合配体钴配合物的合成及其性能研究

【摘要】 以5-乙氧基间苯二甲酸和3,3′-二甲基-4,4′-联吡啶为混合配体,合成了一个钴金属有机框架材料(配合物1).由PXRD和TG分析结果可知,配合物1结构具有良好的潮湿和热稳定性.气体吸附性能研究结果表明,配合物1对乙炔、二氧化碳具有较好的吸附能力,在273 K、100 k Pa下,吸附量分别为48.69 cm3·g-1和47.24 cm3·g-1.孔径分析表明,配合物1活化后具有较小的孔道(约0.35 nm),这对动力学直径较小的二氧化碳分子(0.33 nm)具有筛分效应,因此对CO2/N2等混合物中的二氧化碳具有良好的吸附选择性.此外,荧光分析表明配合物1对Cr3+、Fe3+具有选择性识别能力.

【Abstract】 Using 5-ethoxyisophthalic acid and 3,3’-dimethyl-4,4’-bipyridine as mixed ligands, a cobalt metalorganic framework(complex 1) was synthesized. PXRD and TG results showed that the moisture and thermal stability of complex 1 was good. The gas adsorption performance results showed that complex 1 has good adsorption capacity for acetylene and carbon dioxide, and the adsorption capacity was 48.69 cm3×g-1 and 47.24 cm3×g-1 at 273 K and 100 kPa, respectively. Pore diameter analysis showed that the activated complex 1 had smaller pore diameter(about 0.35 nm), which had screening effect on carbon dioxide molecules with smaller kinetic diameter(0.33 nm), so it had good adsorption selectivity for carbon dioxide in the CO2/N2 mixture. In addition,fluorescence analysis showed that complex 1 had selective recognition ability for Fe3+.
