【摘要】 2021年4月16～19日,古巴共产党召开第八次代表大会。古共中央第一书记劳尔·卡斯特罗在古共八大上作了中心报告,总结了古共七大以来,在模式更新、制定新宪法、抗疫斗争等方面取得的成绩,也指出了当前存在的主要问题和今后努力的方向。古共八大通过了《关于古巴社会主义发展经济和社会模式理念的更新的决议》《关于2021～2026年纲要执行情况及其更新的决议》《关于党的运转、思想工作和与群众联系的决议》《对党干部政策的决议》等决议,选举产生了以迪亚斯-卡内尔为第一书记的新一届古共中央委员会。迪亚斯-卡内尔承诺新的古共中央领导班子将继续领导古巴革命,接受挑战、承担应尽的责任。古共八大基本完成了党的领导新老交替的工作,是一次是承前启后、继往开来的大会,具有重要的历史意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Eighth National Congress of Communist Party of Cuba was held from 16 April to 19 April,2021. Raul Castro,First Secretary of the Central Committee of Communist Party of Cuba,made a central report,summarizing the achievements the Party had made in updating its model,formulating a new constitution,and fighting the epidemic since its Seventh National Congress,and pointing out the main problems existing and the direction of future efforts. The congress adopted several resolutions,including Resolution on Updating the Concept of the Economic and Social Model of Cuban Socialist Development,Resolution on Implementation and Update of 2021-2026 Program, Resolutions on Party’s Operation,Ideological Work and Contact with Masses,and Resolution on Party Cadre Policy etc. And a new Central Committee of the Party with Diaz-Canel as the first secretary was elected on the congress. Diaz-Canel promised that the leadership of the new Central Committee would continue to lead the Cuban revolution,meet the challenges and shoulder due responsibilities. The Eighth National Congress of Communist Party of Cuba has basically completed the succession of the Party’s new leadership to the old. It is a congress that links the past to the future,which is of great historical significance.更多还原
