【摘要】 目的观察穴位埋线联合电刺激对肾虚型卵巢低反应的影响。方法选取体外受精-胚胎移植及其衍生技术（IVF-ET/ICSI）中肾虚型卵巢低反应79例患者为研究对象,分为观察组（39例）和对照组（40例）。两组均采取拮抗剂方案进行IVF-ET治疗。观察组在超排卵周期的前一个月经周期及超排卵过程中予以穴位埋线联合穴位电刺激治疗,对照组不做任何治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后相关指标的变化情况。结果治疗后,两组肾虚症状评分均较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05）,且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后两组绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）、注射日血清激素雌二醇（E₂）差异和周期取消率比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组受精率、优胚率和临床妊娠率均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论穴位埋线联合电刺激可缓解肾虚型卵巢低反应患者的肾虚症状,改善生殖能力和妊娠结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of acupoint thread embedding plus electrical stimulation on poor ovarian response of kidney deficiency pattern. Method Patients who were going to receive in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer/intracytoplasmic sperm injection（IVF-ET/ICSI） with poor ovarian response of kidney deficiency pattern were recruited as the subjects and divided into an observation group（39 cases） and a control group（40 cases）. Antagonist IVF-ET protocol was adopted in both groups. The observation group received acupoint thread embedding plus acupoint electrical stimulation during the menstrual cycle ahead of and during the ovarian hyperstimulation period, while the control group did not receive any intervention. The relative parameters were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Result After treatment, the kidney deficiency symptom score decreased significantly after treatment in both groups（P<0.05）, and was lower in the observation group than in the control group（P<0.05）. The human chorionic gonadotrophin（HCG）, estradiol（E₂） on the injection day and cycle cancellation rate changed significantly after treatment in both groups（P<0.05）. The fertilization rate, high-quality embryo rate and clinical pregnancy rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the between-group differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint thread embedding plus electrical stimulation can improve the kidney deficiency symptoms, reproductive capacity and clinical outcome in patients with poor ovarian response of kidney deficiency pattern.更多还原
