【摘要】 目的观察通督交泰针法联合电针与电针治疗卒中后踝关节背屈功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 80例卒中后踝背屈功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组40例,治疗组40例。两组患者均接受常规基础康复治疗,对照组给予电针治疗,治疗组给予通督交泰针法联合电针治疗。治疗前后分别采用踝关节最大主动背屈角度、Fugl-Meyer量表、步态分析系统及日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分进行疗效判定。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后踝关节最大主动背屈角、Fulg-Meyer评分(下肢)、步态参数和ADL评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论通督交泰针法联合电针与电针治疗均可改善卒中后踝背屈功能障碍,通督交泰针法联合电针疗效更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tong Du Jiao Tai needling method plus electroacupuncture in treating ankle dorsiflexion dysfunction after stroke. Method Eighty patients with ankle dorsiflexion dysfunction after stroke were randomized into a control group of 40 cases and a treatment group of 40 cases. The two groups of patients all received conventional basic rehabilitation, while the control group was given additional electroacupuncture and the treatment group was given additional Tong Du Jiao Tai needling plus electroacupuncture. The maximum ankle dorsiflextion range of motion, Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA), gait analysis system and Activities of Daily Living(ADL) score were observed before and after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy. Result The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group, markedly higher than 80.0% in the control group(P<0.05). The maximum ankle dorsiflexion range of motion, FMA score(lower extremity), gait parameters and ADL score changed significantly after treatment in both groups(P<0.01), and the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Tong Du Jiao Tai needling method plus electroacupuncture and electroacu-puncture alone both can improve ankle dorsiflexion dysfunction after stroke, but the former one produces more significant efficacy.更多还原
