生物炭负载Pd-Co催化剂的电催化氧还原性能
Electrocatalytic Performances of Biochar-supported Pd-Co catalysts for Oxygen Reduction
【摘要】 采用自制玉米秸秆生物炭(CSB)为载体,以PdCl2和Co Cl2·6H2O为前驱体,利用溶剂热法在乙二醇溶剂中制备了PdCox/CSB(x=0、1、2、3)催化剂。利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和旋转圆盘电极(RDE)表征了催化剂结构和催化性能。PdCox/CSB样品具有面心立方结构,Co原子进入Pd晶格形成单相Pd-Co合金。在0.5 mol/L H2SO4电解液中,PdCox/CSB催化剂对氧还原反应(ORR)表现出良好催化性能,且PdCo1/CSB催化活性最高。根据Koutecky-Levich方程得出PdCox/CSB催化剂氧还原转移电子数接近2,氧分子还原反应可能遵循二电子机理。
【Abstract】 PdCox/CSB(x=0, 1, 2, 3) catalysts were prepared by solvothermal method in ethylene glycol using corn straw biochar(CSB) as carrier, Pd Cl2 and CoCl2 · 6 H2 O as precursor. The structure and catalytic performances of the catalysts were characterized by x-ray diffraction(XRD) and rotating disk electrode(RDE).The PdCox/CSB samples have a face-centered cubic structure, Co atoms enter the Pd lattice to form a singlephase Pd-Co alloy. In 0.5 mol/L H2 SO4 electrolyte, PdCox/CSB catalyst showed good catalytic performances for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR), and Pd Co1/CSB had the highest catalytic activity. The oxygen reduction transfer electron number of PdCox/CSB catalysts is close to 2, and the oxygen reduction reaction may follow the two-electron mechanism Based on the Koutecky-Levich equation.
