【Abstract】 In 2020,many research advances have been made in the field of basic research on nephrology. This article mainly focused on renal physiology,acute kidney injury,glomerular diseases(primary glomerular diseases,secondary glomerular diseases),renal fibrosis,and the transformation of acute kidney injury to chronic kidney disease,summarizing the recent advances in pathogenesis,biological markers,and prevention and treatment,so as to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of renal diseases.更多还原
