干旱胁迫对速生刺槐‘民刺1号’光合及生理特征的影响

【摘要】 为了研究速生刺槐‘民刺1号’的抗干旱能力,对比6个刺槐品系(‘民刺1号’、‘豫刺1号’、M3、M24、R5、M30)在持续干旱胁迫下的生理响应。采用模糊隶属函数法,根据8个生理指标(P_n、T_r、G_s、C_i、MDA、脯氨酸、SOD、POD)的统计结果,对刺槐品种的抗干旱能力进行综合评价。结果表明:持续干旱胁迫下,‘民刺1号’和‘豫刺1号’叶片P_n保持在相对较高的水平,叶片P_n、T_r的降低及产生气孔限制和非气孔限制的时间均迟于其他品种,两者土壤含水量临界值分别仅为3.75%和4.04%,低于其他刺槐品种20.32%以上;‘民刺1号’和‘豫刺1号’叶片MDA、游离脯氨酸含量相对较低,达到峰值时间迟于其他品种;‘民刺1号’、M3和‘豫刺1号’叶片SOD、POD活性始终高于其他刺槐品种,出现峰值时间相对滞后。综合评价抗干旱能力为:‘民刺1号’>‘豫刺1号’>M3>M30>R5>M24,与植株叶片外部形态变化进程(反卷、脱落、落叶)基本吻合。‘民刺1号’的抗旱能力优于‘豫刺1号’,其次为M3,M24抗旱能力最弱。

【Abstract】 In order to study the drought resistance of fast-growing Robinia pseudoacacia ’Minci No.1’,the physiological responses of 6 Robinia pseudoacacia varieties(’Minci No.1’,’Yuci No.1’,M3,M24,R5,M30)under continuous drought stress were compared.According to the statistical results of 8 physiological indexes(P_n,T_r,G_s,C_i,MDA,proline,SOD,POD),the drought resistance of Robinia pseudoacacia varieties was evaluated by fuzzy membership function method.The results showed that under continuous drought stress,Pn in leaves of ’Minci No.1’ and ’Yuci No.1’ remained at a relatively high level,the decline of P_n and T_r as well as the time of stomatal limitation and non stomatal limitation in leaves of ’Minci No.1’ and ’Yuci No.1’ were slower than those of other varieties,and the critical value of soil water content of ’Minci No.1’ and ’Yuci No.1’ were only 3.75% and 4.04%,lower than other varieties 20.32% or more;The contents of MDA and free proline in the leaves of ’Minci No.1’ and ’Yuci No.1’ were relatively low,and the peak time was later than that of other varieties.The activities of SOD and POD in leaves of ’Minci No.1’,M3 and ’Yuci No.1’ were always higher than those of other Robinia pseudoacacia species,and the peak time was relatively delayed.Comprehensive evaluation showed that drought resistance ability was as follows:’Minci No.1’> ’Yuci No.1’> M3> M30> R5> M24,which was basically consistent with the morphological changes of leaves(recoil,abscission and defoliation).The drought resistance of ’Minci No.1’ was better than that of ’Yuci No.1’,followed by M3,and M24 was the weakest.
