基于磁通门阵列的被动式救援井探测定位系统研究
Research on Passive Rescue Well Detection and Positioning System based on Array of Magnetometers
【摘要】 救援井工具是用来测量事故井相对于救援井的相对距离和方位的仪器,根据救援井测距工具原理不同可将其分为主动测距系统和被动测距系统。被动测距系统主要是通过检测事故井中套管、钻杆等对地磁的影响,从而获得事故井和救援井之间的相对距离。MAPMRS是海油自研的被动式救援井定位工具,该工具除应用于救援井作业外,还可应用于防碰等需要实时测距数据的钻井作业中。本文介绍了海油自研被动式救援井探测定位工具的原理和首次实井实验的情况。
【Abstract】 Rescue well tool is an instrument used to measure the relative distance and orientation of accident wells relative to rescue wells. According to the difference of principle of rescue well distance measuring tools,it can be divided into active distance measuring system and passive distance measuring system. Passive ranging system mainly detects the influence of casing and drill pipe on geomagnetic field in the accident well to obtain the relative distance relationship between the accident well and the rescue well. MAPMRS is a passive rescue well positioning tool developed by CNOOC. The tool can be used not only in rescue well operations,but also in drilling operations requiring real-time distance measuring data such as collision prevention. This paper introduces the principle of the passive rescue well detection and positioning tool developed by CNOOC and the situation of the first real well experiment.
