【摘要】 科技档案是科研机构重要的信息资源,但在日常管理中往往重藏轻用。大数据环境给了科技档案以新的治理方式——通过整合档案信息资源更好地进行共享利用,从而实现科技档案的价值。文章通过总结科技档案治理中存在的问题,结合信息资源共享背景,从治理理念、治理标准、治理平台、协作机制和治理保障五个方面对科技档案治理提出改进建议,以期通过治理模式的改进更好地进行科技档案的利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific and technological archives are important information resources for scientific research institutions. However, in daily management, we tend to pay more attention to storage than use. The big data environment provides a new management method for scientific and technological archives — the integration of archives information resources for better sharing and utilization, so as to realize the value of scientific and technological archives. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the management of scientific and technological archives, and in combination with the background of information resources sharing,puts forward improvement suggestions on the management of scientific and technological archives from five aspects of governance concept, governance standard, governance platform, collaboration mechanism and governance guarantee, so as to make better use of scientific and technological archives through the improvement of governance mode.更多还原
