【摘要】 档案是研究文明传承和历史发展的重要途径,也是人类宝贵的文化遗产。现阶段,档案保护研究本质上分别从管理和技术两个方面展开。为了使档案能够长期保存,更好地发挥知史借鉴作用,提出在加强档案技术性保护的同时,借鉴文化遗产领域的整体性、原真性、可持续保护原则,从注重整体性保护、注重人文环境保护、加强馆际联合、开展国际交流与合作等角度构建档案保护体系。这不仅有利于拓宽档案保护思路,还有利于档案学理论研究,指导档案保护实践的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Archives are not only the important ways to study the civilization heritage and historical development, but also the valuable cultural heritage of mankind. At the present stage, the research on archives protection essentially focuses on two aspects:management and technology. In order to protect the archives for a long time and make them play better roles in learning history and as reference, the paper proposes to strengthen technical protection of archives and at the same time build the archives protection system from the perspective of paying attention to integrity protection, humanistic environment protection, strengthening inter-library cooperation, and carrying out international exchanges and cooperation with reference to the principles of integrity,authenticity and sustainable protection in the field of cultural heritage. This is beneficial to broaden the ideas of archives protection,to study theories of archival science and to guide the development of archives protection practice.更多还原
