Monte-Carlo方法和K-means聚类法对手功能康复治疗仪参数的控制(英文)
Control of functional rehabilitation therapy apparatus parameters by Monte-Carlo method and K-means clustering
【摘要】 手部疾病的发生率在逐年增多,手部功能障碍最常发生的部位是第二至第五指掌指关节出现僵直.设计了手功能康复治疗仪用于被动锻炼掌指关节的活动度,该仪器由关节活动次数等参数控制利用MonteCarlo方法设计手康复治疗仪的参数,并采用K-means聚类算法对患者特征进行聚类以收集参数,并按照聚类分析后的结果赋值于新患者的起始参数.
【Abstract】 The incidence of hand diseases is increasing.The most common hand dysfunction is the stiffness of the second to fifth metacarpophalangeal joints.We designed a hand functional rehabilitation therapy instrument for passive metacarpophalangeal joint exercise.The instrument was controlled by parameters such as joint motion times.Monte-Carlo method was used to design the hand rehabilitation therapy instrument parameters.K-means clustering algorithm was used to cluster the patient’s characteristics for parameters collection.Initial parameter values were then assigned to new patients according to the cluster analysis results.
