【摘要】 着眼于跨区域集群企业根植于本地和跨区域双重网络的现实基础,探讨跨区域双重网络嵌入下集群企业双元创新策略选择。研究表明:本地网络嵌入与跨区域网络嵌入对集群企业绩效具有正向影响,且跨区域网络嵌入对企业绩效的影响更显著;跨区域网络嵌入对探索式与利用式创新均有显著的正向影响,而本地网络嵌入对探索式和利用式创新影响则都不显著;探索式和利用式创新在双重网络嵌入与企业绩效之间中介效应均不显著,而双元创新平衡在本地及跨区域网络嵌入与集群企业绩效之间中介效应显著,表明跨区域创新协作过程中集群企业除关注所处技术创新网络的空间特征外,更需要关注集群企业的嵌入状态与双元创新策略的平衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the practical basis of boundary extension of industrial clusters and the innovation of cluster firms embedded in the cross regional networks, this paper discusses the mechanism between the cross regional network embeddedness and cluster firms’ performance which mediated by ambidextrous innovation. Firstly, local network embedding and cross regional network embedding both have a positive impact on cluster firms’ performance, and the impact of cross regional network embedding on performance is more significant; Cross-regional network embeddness has a significant positive impact on exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation, while local network embedding has no significant impact on ambidextrous innovation. Secondly, the mediating effect of exploratory innovation is not significant on firms’ performance in local network embeddness, while weakly significant between cross regional network embeddedness and performance; while the mediating effect of exploitative innovation between network embeddedness and performance are neither significant. At last, the mediating effect of the ambidextrous innovation balance between network embeddedness and performance is significant, which indicates that trade-off of ambidextrous innovation can improve the performance of cluster firms.更多还原
