【摘要】 提出琉璃瓦复合预制外挂墙板生产工艺,并研发适用于异形不规则薄壁预制构件的精密组合模具,不仅解决了传统后贴琉璃瓦装饰层易脱落、安装困难等问题,还提高了琉璃瓦复合预制外挂墙板质量、接缝平整度和美观度,减小外挂墙板生产误差,使材料损耗<1%,达到降低成本、提高效率的目的。采用三维可调节干式滑动型连接节点,便于预制外挂墙板安装与调节。更多还原

【Abstract】 The production technology of prefabricated glazed tile composite wall panels was put forward, and the precise combined module for irregular thin-walled precast components was developed, which not only solves the problem that traditional post-paste glazed tile decoration layer is easy to fall off and difficult to install, but also improves the quality, seam smoothness and beauty of the composite wall panels. The technology can reduce the production error of the external wall panels, and make the material loss less than 1%, which can reduce cost and improve efficiency. Three-dimension adjustable dry sliding connection joints were designed to facilitate the installation and adjustments of the prefabricated glazed tile composite wall panel.更多还原
