【摘要】 目的:观察苍膝通痹胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:将60例DavidⅠ～Ⅱ期的KOA患者按随机数字表法分为苍膝通痹胶囊组(A组)和痹祺胶囊组(B组),每组30例,分别给予相应的药物治疗2个月,定期随访。观察比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后2周、1个月、2个月视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、Lequesne指数评分,比较两组临床疗效并评价药物安全性。结果:治疗2周、1个月、2个月后,两组患者VAS、Lequesne指数和WOMAC评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗2周后A组患者VAS、Lequesne指数和WOMAC评分均低于B组(P<0.05);治疗1个月、2个月后两组患者VAS、Lequesne指数和WOMAC指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后A组疗效优于B组(P<0.05),治疗1个月、2个月后两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均未出现过敏、皮疹以及恶心、呕吐等不良反应,药物安全等级均为I级。结论:苍膝通痹胶囊可以明显缓解KOA患者的疼痛、肿胀以及关节功能障碍,疗效安全可靠,与痹祺胶囊相比,具有起效更快的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Cangxi Tongbi Capsule （ 苍膝通痹胶囊 ） in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods :Sixty patients with KOA at the David Ⅰ～Ⅱ stage were divided into Cangxi Tongbi Capsule group(group A) and Biqi Capsule（痹祺胶囊） group(group B) according to random number table method,30 patients in each group. They were treated with the corresponding medication for 2 months. Follow up was carried out at regular intervals. The patients were evaluated according to visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Western Ontario McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC) score and Lequesne index score before treatment and 2 weeks,1 month and 2 months after treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the drug safety was evaluated. Results:Two weeks,1 month and 2 months after the treatment,the VAS,Lequesne index and WOMAC scores in both groups decreased obviously compared with before treatment(P<0.05);2 weeks after the treatment,VAS,Lequesne index and WOMAC scores in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05);1 month and 2 months after the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between group A and group B on VAS,Lequesne index and WOMAC scores(P> 0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment,the effectiveness rate in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05),but 1 month and 2 months after the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between both groups on effectiveness rate(P> 0.05). There was no adverse reaction such as allergy,rash,nausea and vomiting in both groups,and both capsules were of safety level I. Conclusions:Cangxi Tongbi Capsule can obviously relieve the pain,swelling and joint dysfunction of KOA patients with reliable curative effect and high safety. Compared with Biqi Capsule,Cangxi Tongbi Capsule has the advantages of exert effect more quickly.更多还原
