【Abstract】 In the past five years,scholars in the field of Chinese materia medica have found 35 kinds of active ingredients that can improve insulin resistance. This article provides a comprehensive overview of the origin,physical and chemical properties,and molecular structure of these 35 components. They play a role in improving insulin resistance by regulating different signaling pathways. The main mechanism involves inhibiting oxidative stress,resisting inflammatory responses,regulating glucose transport pathway,and promoting the decomposition of fatty acids.There are 50 references.更多还原
