交互视角下网络学习行为特征挖掘

【摘要】 网络学习已经成为互联网+时代的重要学习形式.为了提高网络学习效果,提供个性化的学习服务,对网络学习行为进行深入分析尤为重要.本文提出了人际交互、任务交互、内容交互和系统交互四个维度的网络学习行为模型,构建了基于交互的网络学习行为特征,对网络学习效果进行评价.以某网络课程学习者的网络学习行为数据为研究对象,通过分析网络学习行为特征与学习效果的相关性,挖掘出9个有意义的行为特征.在此基础上对行为特征进行聚类分析,将网络学习者分为5种不同类型的学习群体:卓越型学生、积极型学生、一般型学生、拖延型学生和消极型学生,归纳出不同学习群体的网络学习特点,并给出恰当的学习建议,辅助学习者提高学习能力,改善学习效果.

【Abstract】 E-learning has become an important learning method in the Internet plus era. To improve the performance of e-learning and provide personalized learning services, it is particularly important to conduct in-depth analysis of e-learning behavior. This paper proposed a four-dimensional e-learning model from the perspective of the interpersonal-interaction, task-interaction, content-interaction and system-interaction. The e-learning behavioral characteristics with interactions were constructed and used to evaluate the e-learning performance. This paper focused on the e-learning behavioral data from an online course. By exploring the correlation between the e-learning behavioral characteristics and the learning performance, nine meaningful behavioral characteristics were proposed. On this basis, through the clustering analysis of the behavioral characteristics, the e-learning groups were divided into five categories, which were outstanding students, active students, general students, protracted students and negative students. At last, the learning characteristics of different learning groups were summarized, and appropriate learning suggestions were provided to improve learning ability and performance.
