频率与极化方式对室内太赫兹信道参数的影响
Influence of frequency and polarization mode on indoor terahertz channel parameters
【摘要】 介绍了太赫兹波段室内环境下的多路径传播信道模型,分析了视距传输时的自由空间损耗和大气分子吸收损耗以及非视距传输时的镜面反射损耗.针对常见的教室场景,使用射线追踪法对室内信道进行分析,发射器(Tx)位于房间的正中央,对于选定位置的接收器(Rx),绘制了不同频率、不同极化方式下的功率时延图和功率角分布图,并根据功率时延图计算莱斯K因子和均方根时延扩展,根据功率角分布图计算角度扩展,得到Rx的均方根时延扩展、莱斯K因子、角度扩展等信道参数.研究表明:每个位置的Rx都存在多个空间可分辨的路径,随着太赫兹频率的提高,均方根时延扩展、角度扩展变小,莱斯K因子增大.通过对不同极化方式的分析可知,在0.1~1.0 THz时,垂直极化波的路径损耗、莱斯K因子小于水平极化波,但均方根时延扩展、角度扩展大于水平极化波.
【Abstract】 The terahertz band of the multipath propagation channel model of the indoor environment is introduced,and the free space loss and atmospheric molecular absorption loss in line-of-sight transmission and mirror reflection loss in non-line-of-sight transmission are analyzed. According to the common classroom scenario,the indoor channel is analyzed by ray tracing method. The transmitter(Tx)is located in the center of the room. For receiver(Rx)at selected location,the power delay profile and power angular profile under different frequencies and polarization modes are drawn. The Rician K-factor and root-mean-square delay spread are calculated according to the power delay profile,and the angle spread is calculated according to the power angular profile. The channel parameters such as root-mean-square delay spread,Rician K-factor and angle spread of Rx are obtained. It is found that there are multiple spatially resolvable paths in Rx at each location. With the increase of terahertz frequency,the root-mean-square delay spread and angle spread become smaller,and the Rician K-factor increases. Through the analysis of different polarization modes,it is found that in the range of 0.1 to 1.0 THz,the path loss and Rician Kfactor of transverse electric wave are less than those of transverse magnetic wave,and the root-mean-square delay spread and angle spread of transverse electric wave are larger than those of transverse magnetic wave.
