基于ABAQUS的大跨距桁架不同截面模态分析和结构优化

【摘要】 针对某企业多台联动CNC车床大跨距桁架机械手机身刚度及整机稳定性问题,基于ABAQUS模态分析理论,对大跨距桁架机械手横梁不同横截面进行分析,比较并判别最优横截面材料力学性能。通过对桁架机械手横梁不同横截面的有限元分析,得出其自振频率以及前6阶振型图。根据企业要求,优化横梁结构,使其在满足高精度高刚度的要求下,机构重量减轻,满足企业生产需求,提高经济效益。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the rigidity and stability of the manipulator with long-span truss of multiple CNC lathes in an enterprise,based on the ABAQUS modal analysis theory,different cross sections of the beam of the long-span truss manipulator were analyzed,and the optimal mechanical properties of cross sections were compared and identified.The natural vibration frequency and the first six modes were obtained through the finite element analysis of different cross sections of the beam of the truss manipulator.According to the requirements of enterprises,the beam structure should be optimized to reduce the weight of the mechanism under the requirements of high precision and high rigidity and to meet the production requirements of the enterprise,which improves economic benefits.
