电动小车坡道起步系统的研究
Research on Ramp Starting System of Electric Car
【摘要】 车辆坡道起步在车辆行驶过程中出现频率较高且情况较为复杂。智能控制理论与技术的发展,为解决传统的电动小车爬坡制动系统的智能化控制提供了方法。基于此,围绕提升智能循迹小车的爬坡性能展开研究,以STM32G4 MCU为核心控制器,采用PID算法进行自整定,控制N20差速电机完成动作,并通过大量爬坡检验,证明其具有较好的适应能力。
【Abstract】 Vehicle starting on ramp is a high frequency and complex situation in the process of vehicle driving. With the development of intelligent control theory and technology, it provides a method to solve the intelligent control of traditional electric car climbing braking system. The research focuses on improving the climbing performance of intelligent tracking car. STM32 G4 MCU is used as the core controller, and PID algorithm is used for self-tuning, The N20 differential motor is controlled to complete the action. After a lot of climbing tests, it has good adaptability.
