复合点阵夹芯结构数值分析

【摘要】 针对高温结构冷却的问题,提出了一种新型的复合点阵夹芯结构。这种结构是将多孔材料集成到点阵结构的面板中,使换热结构能够发挥点阵结构的轻量化、高比刚度以及高比强度的优势,从而通过结构主动换热来满足整体冷却的要求。它采用数值模拟的方法,计算结构整体应力应变的分布。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of cooling the high temperature structure, this paper puts forward a new type of composite lattice sandwich structure, this structure is to integrate the porous materials to the lattice structure of the panel, the heat transfer structure can play a lattice structure of the advantages of lightweight, high stiffness, high specific strength, through active structural heat transfer to meet the requirements of the overall cooling. The distribution of structural stress and strain field is calculated by numerical simulation. By comparing the result data, the carrying capacity of different lattice structures is compared.
