【Abstract】 Transmission electron microscopy is an important tool for modern biological,chemistry and physical science research.In recent years,this technology has put forward higher requirements in the conventional course of transmission electron microscopy for college graduate students due to its complicated operation system and high requirements for sample processing. This paper summarized current status and existing problems of course teaching,explored the reforming of teaching approaches and teaching evaluation.Thus,the results would help to improve the graduate students’ research skills and enhance the teaching quality of transmission electron microscopy course.更多还原
