透射电镜技术研究生课程教学的现状与改革初探
The Current Situation and Teaching Optimization of Graduate Transmission Electron Microscopy Courses
【摘要】 透射电镜是现代生物、化学和物理科学研究的重要工具,因其操作复杂且对样品处理要求高,使得该技术在高校研究生传统教学方面提出了更高要求。本文通过分析传统透射电镜技术课程教学现状和存在的问题,从教学内容、教学模式、教研结合及教学评价等环节进行教学改革和探索,从而提高研究生的科研技能水平,提升透射电镜技术教学质量。
【Abstract】 Transmission electron microscopy is an important tool for modern biological,chemistry and physical science research.In recent years,this technology has put forward higher requirements in the conventional course of transmission electron microscopy for college graduate students due to its complicated operation system and high requirements for sample processing. This paper summarized current status and existing problems of course teaching,explored the reforming of teaching approaches and teaching evaluation.Thus,the results would help to improve the graduate students’ research skills and enhance the teaching quality of transmission electron microscopy course.
