PVA/竹纤维素复合膜的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Properties Study of PVA/Bamboo Cellulose Composite Membrane
【摘要】 利用竹纤维素添加到聚合度(1788) PVA中,以甘油作为增塑剂,制备竹纤维/聚乙烯醇复合膜。采用扫描电镜,红外光谱,XRD对复合膜进行测试。研究了甘油含量对膜力学性能,透光率和吸水率的影响,PVA溶液浓度对复合膜力学性能,透光率和吸水率的影响。竹原纤维含量对复合膜力学性能,透湿和透光性能影响。研究表明,竹纤维素的复合膜的拉伸强度提高了30%,竹纤维素的加入对PVA膜的力学性能改善的较为明显,可以作为一种很好的PVA基体的增强材料使用。竹纤维素复合膜的透光性较高,是一种透明度很好的材料。
【Abstract】 Bamboo fiber/polyvinyl alc~1 ohol composite membrane was prepared by adding bamboo cellulose to PVA( 1788) and glycerin as plasticizer. The composite films were characterized by SEM,IR and XRD. The effects of glycerol content on the mechanical properties,light transmittance and water absorption of the composite membrane were studied. The effects of PVA solution concentration on the mechanical properties,light transmittance and water absorption of the composite membrane were studied.The effect of bamboo fiber content on mechanical properties,moisture permeability and light transmittance of composite membrane was studied.The results show that the tensile strength of the composite film is increased by 30%,and the mechanical properties of PVA film are improved obviously with the addition of bamboo cellulose,which can be used as a good reinforcing material of PVA matrix.Bamboo cellulose composite film is a kind of transparent material because of its high light transmittance.
