精馏实验装置节能降耗措施的探索
Discussion of Energy Conservation and Consumption Reduction of Experimental Apparatus for Rectification
【摘要】 化工原理实验教学是深化课堂教学、培养工科学生工程观念和实践能力的重要环节。针对我校精馏实验装置现状,提出节能降耗的改进措施。通过优化精馏过程操作条件、改造换热装置,探讨分析影响实验室精馏装置能耗的关键因素。通过设计新型实验项目,锻炼学生解决实际工程问题的能力,增强精馏过程节能降耗理念的培养。
【Abstract】 The experimental teaching of principles of chemical engineering is a significant step to deepen classroom teaching and cultivate engineering students ’ engineering concepts and practical ability. According to the current situation of distillation experimental devices in our university,the improvement measures of energy saving and consumption reduction are proposed. By optimizing the operation conditions of distillation process and upgrading the heat exchanger,the key factors affecting the energy consumption of distillation units in laboratory can be discussed and analyzed. Through the design of new experimental projects,the students’ abilities to solve practical engineering problems will be trained,and the concepts of energy saving and consumption reduction in distillation process are enhanced.
