【摘要】 目前随着加氢装置的增上,螺纹锁紧环换热器得到广泛应用,螺纹锁紧环换热器检修的质量与效果得到广泛关注。本文对螺纹锁紧环换热器的结构特点及密封原理进行简要介绍,结合某石化企业近几年螺纹锁紧环换热器的检修经历,针对检修过程中出现的问题,进行了总结分析,提出了解决措施,并给出了检修的注意事项和建议,对今后螺纹锁紧环换热器的检修具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increase of hydrogenation unit,the screw lock ring heat exchanger has been widely used,and the quality and effect of the overhaul of the screw lock ring heat exchanger have been widely concerned.In this paper,the structure characteristics of thread locking ring heat exchanger and the sealing principle are briefly introduced,combined with some petrochemical enterprise thread locking ring heat exchanger maintenance experience in recent years,in view of the problems arising from the maintenance process,summarizes the analysis,the solving measures are put forward,and maintenance considerations and suggestions are given,the maintenance thread locking ring heat exchanger in the future has a certain reference significance.更多还原
