基于虚拟仿真的化工专业实习模式改革与实践
Reform and Practice of Chemical Engineering Practice Mode Based on Virtual Simulation
【摘要】 实习是化学工程与工艺专业用于支撑工程与社会、职业规范、个人与团队、沟通能力毕业要求指标点的重要实践环节。但出于企业安全生产要求和高校师资条件所限,该教学环节在切实提高学生理论联系实际和解决复杂化学工程问题能力方面,距新工科要求的创新型工程人才培养目标还有一定差距。本文依托化工过程虚拟仿真技术,对化工专业实习教学环节进行虚实结合的多层次教学改革与实践,在夯实典型化工单元操作和工艺流程理论教学的同时,突出学生的主体性、主观能动性和创造性发现和解决实际工程问题能力的提升,实现新工科背景下高素质人才的培养。
【Abstract】 Internship is an important teaching facet for chemical engineering and technology majors to support engineering and society,professional norms,individuals and teams,and communication skills for graduation requirements. However,due to the requirements of production safety in enterprises and the limitations of teaching resources in universities,there is still a gap between this teaching section and the training target of innovative engineering talents required by new engineering in terms of students’ ability to combine theory with practice and solve complex chemical engineering problems. In this paper,based on virtual simulation technology in chemical process,the multi-level teaching reform and practice was performed by combining the actual situation with theoretical teaching. This work highlights the subjectivity and creative ability of students to solve practical engineering problems under the new engineering background.
